The Eternal Pearl
The eternal pearl,
Yet, while eternal,
Is nevertheless
Situated in time.
Gathering into itself
The processes of all time,
The lives of all individuals.
The pearl remains unbroken,
As water receives a ray of light.
The divine gift
To a stricken humanity,
The pearl alone
Brings the benefit of redemption.
